Our offices are based in the heart of UK London.

Our manufacturers & distribution hubs are based in London, USA & Xiamen.
We do not have a retail storefront; our gift collections are only available online.

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in UK, USA & Xiamen.

Please note, due to this current structure, some items may be delivered in separate packages.

Deliveries to USA, Canada, UK & EU can take an average of 7-12 business days to reach your doorstep. And 10 to 15 days for all other International destinations.

We also offer a quicker Express delivery service (available on selected products)

After purchase we will personalize your design and send it back to you for approval.

Once approved, it can take between 1-3 days to create.

Yes, all customers will receive their order number via email/text after purchase.
Please contact us if you do not receive one within 24 hours.

We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex: including Paypal

We process all orders in USD by default. Using the current exchange rate.

You can select another currency at check out, or by changing the location settings (top right of website)

Yes, you are fully protected & secure on the Happy Paws website. We use encrypted SSL certificates for 100% security

We offer a 30 day returns policy for any defected or damaged items.

Some products may not be eligible for a refund (i.e. personalized items). However, we are committed to honouring every customer and will always try our best to resolve any issues.

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen, but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently from us to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out on SMS texts for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. This has never happened (touch wood).

However on the rare occasion it does, we recommend contacting your local Royal Mail/USPS/FedEx depot with your delivery details.

If there is no conclusion, and you need us to step in, please let us know at loveyourpets@happypawsonline.com and we will hunt your parcel down for you.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

If the address provided to us is invalid or inaccurate, the courier will return the package back to us.

We make every effort to validate all addresses before shipping; however the customer bears the responsibility of providing a correct shipping address.

A return package can take anywhere from one week to one month to return back to our warehouse. If this ever occurs, we will try our best to redeliver your items back to you in time.
